เมื่อวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2558 เวลา 09.00 น.  ที่ห้องประชุม OSM ชั้น 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจเอกชน และสื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วมการประชุมชี้แจงวาระการปฏิรูปที่สำคัญของสภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติผ่านระบบวีดีทัศน์ทางไกล (Video Conference System)

นายวิบูลย์ สงวนพงศ์ ปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย กล่าวต้อนรับประธานสภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติและคณะ ที่ห้องประชุม 2 อาคารศาลาว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย กรุงเทพมหานคร ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีการนำเสนอวาระการปฏิรูปที่สำคัญของสภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติ การนำเสนอการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการปฏิรูปแห่งชาติ รายงานผลการพิจารณาศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสังเคราะห์ในภาพรวมเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการปฏิรูปประเทศ เป้าหมายและความเชื่อมโยงของข้อเสนอการปฏิรูปทั้งหมด โครงสร้างและระบบที่เป็นคานงัดสำคัญและมีลำดับความสำคัญสูงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการยกระดับขีดความสามารถของระบบการเมือง เศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตั้งแต่ระดับชุมชนฐานรากถึงระดับประเทศในภาพรวม
