เมื่อวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม  2559 ที่ โรงเรียนเกาะมะพร้าว จังหวัดภูเก็ต  นายเรวัติ  อารีรอบ ที่ปรึกษาชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิด โครงการ “Safety to School  โดยมี นายวิจิตร  ดาสันทัด ประธานชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายณพด ศุขนิคม ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการงานบริหารทั่วไป(ภูมิภาค)  ผู้แทนจากสำนักงานสวัสดิการคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้แทนจากศูนย์ความปลอดภัยแรงงานเขต ๘ สุราษฎร์ธานี สมาชิกชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเกาะมะพร้าว คณะครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนเกาะมะพร้าว และ ผู้มีเกียรติเข้าร่วม

นายวิจิตร  ดาสันทัด ประธานชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า ชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้จัดโครงการ“Safety to School” เพื่อร่วมสร้างจิตสำนึกเรื่องความปลอดภัยด้านต่างๆ และให้ความรู้เรื่องสุขอนามัย สิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน ให้ “ทุกชีวิต ปลอดภัย”ในโรงเรียนเกาะมะพร้าว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์  1. เพื่อร่วมแสดงความจงรักภักดีเนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติครบ 70 ปี วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2559 และเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ 84 พรรษา วันที่ 12 สิงหาคม 2559                            2. เพื่อให้ โรงเรียนเกาะมะพร้าว มีถังดับเพลิงแบบมือถือ ในการป้องกัน และระงับเหตุการณ์เพลิงไหม้ในเบื้องต้น   3. เพื่อให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้มีส่วนร่วมกิจกรรม CSR ในการปลูกจิตสำนึกให้  เยาวชน ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ และมีวินัยในเรื่องความปลอดภัยฯ
