ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตถอดบทเรียนรื้อระบบดูแลความปลอดภัย นำเสนอรัฐบาลสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของเมืองท่องเที่ยว

เมื่อวันที่ 12 ตุลาคม  2558  เวลา 14.00 น.  ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต แถลงข่าวการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นการดูแลความปลอดภัยนักท่องเที่ยว โดยมีนายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รอผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต น.อ.สถาพร วาจรัตน์ ร.น. รอง ผอ.รมน.จังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมส่วนราชการ สื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วม

นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา กล่าวว่า จากเหตุการร์ชุมนุมประท้วงบริเวณหน้า สภ.ถลาง ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยวจัหงวัดภูเก็ต และกระทบต่อประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้เส้นทางจราจรหลังจากนี้ทางจังหวัดจะตั้งคณะทำงานโดยมีรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเป็นประธานเพื่อถอดบทเรียนเรื่องนี้เกิดขึ้นในการดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อยของสังคม อย่างไรก็ดีจากเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นขอให้เชื่อมั่นฝ่ายราชการ ในการดูแลพื้นที่ ดูแลบ้านเมือง ให้เกิดความสงบเรียบร้อย ทางจังหวัดจะปรับบริบทการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ กำลังพลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และปรับรื้อระบบการดูแลความปลอดภัยแล้วนำเสนอไปยังรัฐบาลถึงความจำเป็นในการปรับ อย่างไรก็ตาม ภูเก็ตเป็นเมืองของโลก การทำอะไร ต้องใช้ความระมัดระวัง ให้มีผลกระทบน้อยที่สุด โดยยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลางการทำงานข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ ต้องมีธรรมาภิบาลในหัวใจ ต้องเพิ่มการบำบัดทุกข์ การบำรุงสุข เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับประชาชน

นายจำเริญ กล่าวต่อด้วยว่า ทางจังหวัดพร้อมจะให้ความเป็นธรรมทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย โดยมีการตั้งคณะกรรมการ 4 ฝ่ายดูแลในเรื่องคดี มีนายอำเภอถลางเป็นประธาน เพื่อดูแลคดีให้ตรงไปตรงมา อาจใช้เวลา 30 วัน ในการสอบสวนดูพยานหลักฐาน ขณะที่ผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ ทรัพย์สินที่เสียหายให้ใช้สิทธิตามกฎหมาย ฝ่ายตำรวจให้เข้าไปดูแลผู้ก่อการจราจร ทั้งนี้การบังคับใช้กฎหมายถือว่าสำคัญที่สุด

    My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
    I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress
    on several websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform.
