จังหวัดภูเก็ตจัดโครงการสร้างมาตรฐานเสริมองค์ความรู้และประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว กลุ่มจังหวัดอันดามัน ปีงบประมาณ 2559

เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์  2559  ที่ห้องประชุมเซ้าท์ซีเพิร์ล 1 ชั้น 2 โรงแรมเพิร์ล อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การจัดทำแผนแม่บท แผนยุทธศาสตร์ และแผนโครงการ/กิจกรรม(พ.ศ.2560-2563)ของเครือข่ายท่องเที่ยวชุมชน กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน(ภูเก็ต พังงา กระบี่ ระนอง และตรัง) ภายใต้โครงการสร้างมาตรฐานเสริมองค์ความรู้และประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว กลุ่มจังหวัดอันดามันปีงบประมาณ 2559 โดยมี นายสันติ ป่าหวาย ท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัตนา เวทย์ประสิทธิ์ ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยชุมชนภูเก็ต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานที่ เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นายสันติ ป่าหวาย กล่าวว่า กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวได้ให้ความสำคัญใน เรื่อง การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน(Community Based Tourism – CTB ) ทั้งในเรื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลากรที่ทำท่องเที่ยวชุมชน การยกระดับทักษะผู้นำชุมชน การจัดสรรงบประมาณ ดังนั้นทางกระทรวงท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจึงได้จัดเวทีการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการฯขึ้นซึ่งเป็นการระดมสมองทั้งผู้ที่ปฏิบัติจริงส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง สถาบันการศึกษา และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เพื่อช่วยในการขับเคลื่อน การจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนโดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะสร้างมาตรฐานสากล ในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งจากผลการสัมมนาฯในครั้งนี้ ทางสำนักงานท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัด พังงา กระบี่ ระนอง และตรัง จะนำไปขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดรูปธรรมในลักษณะโครงการหรือกิจกรรมต่อไป

ทั้งนี้ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้เน้นย้ำในเรื่อง การสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน(Community Based Tourism – CTB ) ให้กับเครือข่ายท่องเที่ยวชุมชนกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน(ภูเก็ต พังงา กระบี่ ระนอง และตรัง) ตลอดจนภาคธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวและการบริการ สถาบันการศึกษา ส่วนราชการ องค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่น รัฐวิสาหกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
