จังหวัดภูเก็ตประชุมคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย

เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2559 ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดภูเก็ต ดร.ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีนางพิมพร ขอศานติวิชัย พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสาธิต กลิ่นภักดี ท้องถิ่นจังหวัดภูเก็ตและส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

ดร.ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล กล่าวว่า การประชุมในวันนี้เพื่อให้การขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยของจังหวัดภูเก็ต เห็นผลเป็นรูปธรรมและสามารถประสานงานและบูรณาการเชื่อมโยงการดำเนินงานระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย เพื่อให้การพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยของจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ซึ่งในส่วนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดภูเก็ตมีศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจำนวน 41 แห่ง มีนักเรียนกว่า 3,000 คน และมีครูกว่า 140 คน ในส่วนของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภูเก็ต มีโรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยจำนวน 44 โรง มีเด็กนักเรียนกว่า 3,000 คนเช่นกัน

ดร.ประเจียด กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า นอกจากมีการพัฒนาในด้านของอาคารสถานที่แล้ว สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการพัฒนาบุคลากรของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและบุคลากรของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาให้มีความเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันด้วย โดยให้ส่วนราชการที่มีงบประมาณในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กได้มีการบูรณาการร่วมกัน โดยให้นำงบประมาณมาใช้ในการอบรมบุคลากรให้มีความรู้และมีการเรียนการสอนเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนไปในทิศทางเดียวกันต่อไป
