ฉ้อโกงเงินจากผู้เสียหาย 17 ราย รวมมูลค่าแล้วเกือบ 7 ล้าน

มีผู้มาร้องทุกข์ จำนวน 12 คน มาร้องทุกข์แจ้งความดำเนินคดีกับ ว่า นางสาวเนตรวิมล ได้หลอกให้ทำธุรกิจเงินดี ผลตอบแทนสูง โดยชัดชวนให้ขายสินค้า แรกๆ ได้ผลตอบแทนดีตรงเวลา พอเชื่อใจก็ลงทุนเพิ่มมากขึ้นกว่าเดิมจนเป็นเงินก้อนโต ได้ฉ้อโกงเงินจากผู้เสียหาย 17 รายด้วยกัน รวมมูลค่าแล้วเกือบ 7 ล้านบาท แล้วหลบหนี วางแผนจัดฉากแอบอ้างเอาผลิตภัณฑ์ครีม VIP  และแอบอ้างผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร เมโซ มาเสนอขายและชักชวนให้เพื่อนๆ ที่รู้จัก ที่ทำงาน และคนรอบๆตัวใกล้ชิด มาลงทุนซื้อครีม โดยอ้างว่ามียอดการสั่งซื้อจากร้านค้าที่สุพรรณบุรีและอยุธยา แต่นางสาวเนตรวิมล มีเงินไม่พอที่จะลงทุนซื้อสินค้าดังกล่าวมาให้ครบตามยอดการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าตามที่นางสาวเนตรวิมล อ้างได้ จึงชักชวนผู้เสียหาย 17 ราย ร่วมลงทุนซื้อสินค้าดังกล่าวมาให้ครบตามที่มียอดการสั่งซื้ออยู่ก่อนแล้วนั้น แล้วอ้างว่าให้ผูเสียหายรอรับผลกำไรอย่างเดียวทุกๆ 10 วัน นางสาวเนตรวิมล บอกกับผู้เสียหายว่าราคาครีม 1 หลอกราคา 1,400 บาท จะได้กำไร 250 บาท บางคนลง 50 – 100 หลอด เริ่มแรกผลกำไรนั้นได้รับมาจริงตามที่นางสาวเนตรวิมลบอกไว้ ประมาณเกือบ 1 เดือนหลังจากนั้น หลังๆ เริ่มเลื่อนเวลารับผลกำไรที่ควรได้ออกไปแล้วยังรบเร้าชักชวนให้ลงทุนเพิ่มอีก ผู้ที่เสียหายก็ยังลงทุนเพิ่ม เพราะเชื่อว่าที่ผ่านมาก็ได้กำไรดีมาโดยตลอดและมีผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่จริงมีการบอกเรื่อยๆ ว่าส่งของแล้วนะ โอนเงินแล้วนะอยู่ตลอดเวลามีภาพถ่ายประกอบการดำเนินการทำให้หลงเชื่อ ทำให้เราผู้เสียหายยอมที่จะหาเงินมาลงทุน แม้กระทั้งจำนำรถยนต์ กู้ยืมเงิน หาทุกทางที่ทำได้

จนกระทั้งเมื่อวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2557 นางสาวเนตรวิมล ก็ได้หายตัวไปติดต่อไม่ได้เลย แล้วก็ไม่ได้เงินผลกำไร ที่ผ่านมากำไรที่ได้นั้นไม่เท่าที่เสียไปเลย จากนั้นเริ่มตรวจสอบและทบทวนเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ จึงทำให้ความจริงปรากฏว่า นางสาวเนตรวิมล ไม่ได้ทำธุรกิจอย่างที่บอกกับผู้เสียหายไว้ ไม่มีการส่งของ ไม่มีการขายสินค้าใดๆทั้งสิ้น

จากการร้องทุกข์ดังกล่าว ร้อยเวรเจ้าของคดีได้มีการออกหมายเรียกตัว นางสาวเนตรวิมลไปแล้ว 1  ครั้ง ได้แจ้งว่าจะเข้ามาเคลียทุกอย่างทั้งหมด จนขณะนี้นางสาวเนตรวิมลก็ยังไม่มาพบเพื่อเคลียเรื่องต่างๆ
