ห้องสมุดเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 50 พรรษา ศูนย์รวมใจออสเตรีย-ภูเก็ต ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ตำบลตลาดใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้ก่อสร้างด้วยงบมูลนิธิ Hifswerk Austria โดยการประสานงานผ่านสถานฑูตออสเตรีย ประเทศไทย ที่เห็นน้ำใจอันดีงามขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่เป็นศูนย์ช่วยเหลือแก่ชาวต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะนักท่องเที่ยวชาวออสเตรีย  ที่ประสบภัยสึนามิในปี พ.ศ.2547 จึงตอบแทนโดยสร้างศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตชาวภูเก็ตในพื้นที่ชุมชนสะพานร่วมและเกาะสิเหร่
