เทศบาลฉลองสั่ง บริษัท ใบโอเทคโนโลยี ห้ามจัดแสดงโชว์งูอีกหลังฉกหน้านักท่องเที่ยวสาวชาวจีนจนกว่าจะขออนุญาตจัดการแสดงถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม  2559   เวลา 16.00 น. นายเชษฐ์ธนาศักดิ์ ลูกจันทร์ รองนายกเทศบาลตำบลฉลอง นางสมใจ  ทองสมบัติ  ปลัดเทศบาลตำบลฉลอง  นายษณกร  โล่ห์แก้ว  เลขานุการนายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลตำบลฉลอง พร้อมด้วย นายศุภวัฒกัณฐ์ คุณลักษณ์สมาชิกสภา และเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบลฉลองได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดและสั่งห้ามไม่ให้มีการจัดแสดงโชว์งูให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวดูอีกต่อไปจนกว่าจะดำเนินการขออนุญาตถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

รองนายกเทศบาลตำบลฉลอง กล่าวว่า จากการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดพบว่าบริษัทดังกล่าวยังกระทำไม่ถูกต้องตามระเบียบกฎหมายการบริหารท้องถิ่นอยู่ 2 ส่วน คือไม่มีใบอนุญาตจัดการแสดงโชว์งูซึ่งเป็นอำนาจที่ทางเทศบาลตำบลฉลองเจ้าของพื้นที่เป็นผู้ออกใบอนุญาต โดยวันนี้ตนได้สั่งห้ามบริษัท ภูเก็ตไบโอ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด หรือป่าหล่ายออดสกี้ นำงูมาจัดแสดงโชว์ให้นักท่องเที่ยวดูอีกต่อไปจนกว่าจะดำเนินการขออนุญาตถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างใช้อาคารมีการขอเพียงสร้างอาคารเพื่อจัดโชว์ผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าซึ่งเป็นยาสมุนไพรนั้น แต่กลับพบว่ามีจุดที่ก่อสร้างดัดแปลงเพื่อจัดแสดงโชว์งูด้วยโดยในส่วนนี้ก็จะต้องดำเนินการขออนุญาตกับทางท้องถิ่นให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายเช่นกัน ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ข้อนี้ทางบริษัทฯต้องดำเนินการโดยเร็วที่สุดเพื่อให้กลับมาเปิดบริการนักท่องเที่ยวได้ตามปกติ.
