เมื่อวันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2558 เวลา 10.00 น. นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดงาน อบจ.สัญจร ครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 ณ บริเวณสนามชัย  อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดย นายสรธรรม จินดา รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวรายงานความเป็นมาของโครงการ ซึ่งมี นางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา นายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต และคณะ ร่วมต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน โดยมี นายบุญเสริม สุวรรณรัฐภูมิ ที่ปรึกษานายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายวัชรินทร์ ปฐมวัฒนพงศ์ ปลัด อบจ.ภูเก็ต นายธีระ เจี่ยสกุล พร้อมด้วย คณะสมาชิกสภา อบจ.ภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต ตลอดจนแขกผู้มีเกียรติจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ และประชาชน เข้าร่วมงานเป็นจำนวนมาก

นายสรธรรม จินดา รองนายก อบจ.ภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “โครงการ อบจ.สัญจร เป็นงานที่ อบจ.ภูเก็ต จัดมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อส่งเสริมกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนทุกภาคส่วน โดยครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ของปีงบประมาณ 2558 เพื่อให้สมาชิกสภาและคณะผู้บริหาร อบจ.ภูเก็ต ได้พบปะเยี่ยมเยียนประชาชน มีโอกาสรับฟังเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์ของประชาชน จัดให้มีเวทีประชาคม เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นปัญหาความต้องการของประชาชน เพื่อการจัดบริการสาธารณะในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น และการให้บริการของ อบจ.ภูเก็ต การเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร บริการด้านสุขภาพ กิจกรรมการแสดงบนเวที บริการสินค้าราคาถูก และการบริการของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชนที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน ตลอดจนเพื่อการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์เพื่อการปฏิรูป ที่มุ่งสร้างความรัก ความสามัคคี ความปรองดอง โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนทุกภาคส่วน โดยร่วมกับจังหวัดภูเก็ต และเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นพื้นที่ และจัดขึ้นในวันนี้ ณ บริเวณสนามชัย จังหวัดภูเก็ต

ในการจัดงาน อบจ.สัญจร ครั้งนี้ ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากส่วนราชการหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ได้ร่วมจัดกิจกรรม อาทิ ฐานทัพเรือพังงา ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 ในส่วนของวงดนตรี โรงเรียนในพื้นที่ ในส่วนของการแสดงของนักเรียน ชมรมแอโรบิคมวยไทยไลน์แดนซ์ กลุ่มชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต การแสดงของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อสร้างความสุขให้แก่ประชาชนผู้มาร่วมงาน ส่วนราชการ และภาคเอกชน รวม 47 หน่วยงาน ออกหน่วยให้บริการเคลื่อนที่แก่ประชาชน และในการนี้ ได้จัดให้มีเวทีประชาคม ให้มีการแสดงความคิดเห็น เสนอแนะ สะท้อนปัญหาความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่เพื่อการจัดบริการสาธารณะในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น”

ด้าน นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า “ขอชื่นชม อบจ.ภูเก็ต ที่ได้จัดงาน อบจ.สัญจร โดยร่วมกับจังหวัดภูเก็ต และเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต เพื่อให้สมาชิกสภา และคณะผู้บริหาร อบจ.ภูเก็ต สมาชิกสภา และคณะผู้บริหารเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ตลอดจนส่วนราชการ หน่วยงาน ได้พบปะเยี่ยมเยียนประชาชน มีโอกาสรับฟังเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์ของประชาชน จัดกิจกรรมการแสดงบนเวที การแสดงวงดนตรีของฐานทัพเรือพังงา ทัพเรือภาคที่ 3 เพื่อใช้เสียงเพลงเป็นสื่อในการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ตามแนวทางศูนย์ปรองดองสมานฉันท์เพื่อการปฏิรูป ที่มุ่งสร้างความรัก ความสามัคคี ความปรองดอง โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนทุกภาคส่วน การแสดงของนักเรียน ผู้สูงอายุ การออกหน่วยให้บริการของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชน และการบริการสินค้าราคาถูก

การจัดให้มีเวทีประชาคม รับฟังความคิดเห็นปัญหาความต้องการของประชาชน เปิดโอกาสให้พี่น้องประชาชนได้ร่วมกันแสดงความคิดเห็นเสนอแนะสะท้อนปัญหาความต้องการให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้นำไปเป็นข้อมูล ประกอบการพิจารณาจัดบริการสาธารณะให้ตรงกับความต้องการของประชาชนตามความจำเป็นในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ ในนามของจังหวัดภูเก็ต อบจ.ภูเก็ต และเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ขอขอบคุณหัวหน้าส่วนราชการทุกส่วน แพทย์ บุคลากรจากโรงพยาบาล อบจ.ภูเก็ต หน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชนที่ได้มีส่วนร่วม และได้เสียสละเวลาร่วมมือร่วมใจกันจัดกิจกรรมออกหน่วยให้บริการสนับสนุนการจัดงานโครงการ อบจ.สัญจร ครั้งนี้ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า อบจ.ภูเก็ต จะได้รับการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมดีๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่องเช่นนี้ต่อไป”

อย่างไรก็ตาม หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า ในโอกาสต่อไป อบจ.ภูเก็ต และเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต จะได้ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมโครงการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนเช่นนี้อีก
