อบจ.ภูเก็ต ประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน

เมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2559 เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางวาสนา  ศรีวิลัย ผู้อำนวยการกองช่างองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน โดยมี นายฐิติ สาวิสัย รองประธานมูลนิธิเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสุธี  พรมแดน ประธานแหล่งเรียนรู้ชุมชนบ้านดอน ตำบลเทพกระษัตรี และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุม

สำหรับการประชุมในครั้งนี้เพื่อวางแผนแนวทางการจัดฝึกอบรมให้กับกลุ่มแกนนำด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยได้มีการพิจารณาหัวข้อการฝึกอบรม การประดิษฐ์จากของเหลือใช้ และการพัฒนาบุคลากรแกนนำแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน พร้อมการศึกษาดูงานในพื้นที่ ซึ่งมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย ชุมชน สถานศึกษา และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมท้องถิ่นปัจจุบัน เรียนรู้การคัดแยกและการใช้ประโยชน์จากสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งการสร้างเครือข่ายการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ชุมชนและใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้จากสิ่งแวดล้อมชุมชนน

ในส่วนของกิจกรรมโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแหล่งเรียนรู้และพลังงาน ที่ได้ดำเนินการแล้ว คือ การคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยในโรงเรียน และชุมชน ได้แก่ ขวดพลาสติก ขวดแก้ว และขวดอลูมิเนียม สำหรับการทำธนาคารขยะ เศษขยะอินทรีย์ เศษใบไม้แห้ง สำหรับจัดทำปุ๋ยหมัก เศษผลไม้ สำหรับการทำน้ำหมักชีวภาพ  ส่วนแนวทางการต่อยอดดำเนินงานแหล่งเรียนรู้ สำหรับในโรงเรียน ส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านธนาคารขยะให้มีความต่อเนื่อง ในโรงเรียนและชุมชน นำมาใช้ปลูกต้นไม้ พืชผัก สวนครัว น้ำหมักชีวภาพ นำมาใช้รดต้นไม้ ทำผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาอเนกประสงค์ น้ำยาล้างจาน การนำสิ่งของเหลือใช้ มาประดิษฐ์เป็นของใช้หรือเพิ่มมูลค่า สามารถจำหน่ายได้  ตลอดจนการฝึกอบรมวิทยากรสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อพัฒนาแกนนำแหล่งเรียนรู้สู่การเป็นวิทยากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม.
