เทศบาลนครภูเก็ต โดยนางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา นายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารเทศบาล สมาชิกสภา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาล และพนักงานเทศบาล ได้เปิดพิธีการอบรมในโครงการ “อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการระบบประกันคุณภาพในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน/ปฐมวัย โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาล” ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองภูเก็ต

ตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2542 (ฉบับปรับปรุงแก้ไข 2545)หมวด 6 ว่าด้วยมาตรฐานและการประกันคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานทุกระดับ ประกอบด้วย ระบบการประกันคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานทุกระดับ ประกอบด้วยระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน และระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน และถือว่า การประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการบริหารการศึกษาที่ต้องดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยพนักงานครู พนักงานจ้าง ตลอดจนผู้มีที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในสังกัดเทศบาล เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้จำนวน 200 คน และในวันนี้ก็ได้รับเกียรติจากท่าน ดร.ธวัชชัย รัตตัญญู และดร.จุลจักร สุขสบาย มาเป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย
