ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตขอความร่วมมือประชาชนชาวจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ต้องการเดินทางเข้าเฝ้าฯ กราบถวายบังคมพระบรมศพพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ลงทะเบียนได้ ที่ทำการปกครองจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ว่าการอำเภอทุกอำเภอ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในวันและเวลาราชการ

นายโชคชัย เดชอมรธัญ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เปิดเผยว่า ตามที่สำนักพระราชวังได้มีประกาศว่าได้รับพระราชานุญาตให้ประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าเฝ้าฯกราบถวายบังคมพระบรมศพ ณ พระที่นั่งดุสิตมหาปราสาทตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 ตุลาคม 2559 เวลา 13.00 น. เป็นต้นไป นั้น
ในเรื่องนี้ทาง กระทรวงมหาดไทยได้ส่งหนังสือด่วนที่สุด เรื่อง แผนดำเนินงานอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนจากต่างจังหวัดในการเดินทางเข้าเฝ้าฯกราบถวายบังคมพระบรมศพพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ให้จังหวัดอำนวยความสะดวกให้ประชาชนในแต่ละจังหวัดได้มีโอกาสมากราบถวายบังคมพระบรมศพโดยทั่วถึงกัน กำหนดเป้าหมายจำนวนคนจากจังหวัดต่างๆ วันละ 5 จังหวัด จังหวัดละ 600 คน รวมวันละ 3,000 คน เป็นเวลา 79 วัน และกำหนดวันละ 6 จังหวัด จังหวัดละ 600 คน รวมวันละ 3,600 คน เป็นเวลา 5 วัน รวม 84 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2559 ถึงวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2560 สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนจากต่างจังหวัด ได้รวม 255,000 คน

สำหรับข้อเน้นย้ำและข้อระมัดระวังในการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนที่ได้กำหนดให้ทุกจังหวัดถือปฏิบัติ คือในการรวบรวมประชาชนที่มีความประสงค์จะเดินทางต้องคำนึงถึงความสมัครใจ การกระจายครอบคลุมทุกอำเภอ ตำบล ตลอดจน ผู้นำองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน จะต้องไม่ซ้ำบุคคลในการเดินทางแต่ละครั้งและจัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ลำดับประจำตัวของผู้เดินทาง เพื่อสะดวกในการจัดระเบียบและตรวจนับผู้เดินทางกรณีพลัดหลง โดยเฉพาะคนชรา เด็ก และประชาชนที่ไม่คุ้นเคยพื้นที่ กรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านการจัดระบบการเดินทาง จัดให้มีผู้ประสานการเดินทางทั้งระดับจังหวัด และผู้ประสานงานระดับอำเภอ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ผู้ประสานงานประจำรถยนต์ ให้สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารได้ตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้ผู้เดินทางได้รับความสะดวกตลอดเส้นทาง ในส่วนของจังหวัดภูเก็ต กำหนดการเดินทางของประชาชนในการถวายสักการะพระบรมศพฯ รวม 6 วัน วันละ 600 คน ออกเดินทางวันที่ 6 พฤศจิกายน , 21 พฤศจิกายน , 6 ธันวาคม , 21 ธันวาคม 2559 , 5 มกราคม และวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2560

ทั้งนี้ ประชาชนชาวจังหวัดภูเก็ต ที่ประสงค์เดินทางไปเข้าเฝ้าฯ กราบถวายบังคมพระบรมศพพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช สอบถามรายละเอียดและลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าได้ที่ 076-224822 ได้ที่ ที่ว่าการอำเภอทุกอำเภอ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและที่ทำการปกครองจังหวัดภูเก็ต ในวันและเวลาราชการ
