กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจะจัดขึ้น ในวันที่ 20 กันยายน 2558 เวลา  6.00 น. ที่หาดในทอน ต.สาคู อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต เพื่อหารายได้ส่วนหนึ่งหลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายจะมอบเป็นทุนการศึกษาให้แก่โรงเรียนในตำบลสาคู จังหวัดภูเก็ต และโรงเรียนอื่นๆในจังหวัดใกล้เคียง โดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในโครงการ Accor’s YimKids (โครงการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงแรมในเครือแอคคอร์) และเพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนการออกกำลังกายให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงพร้อมด้วยเป็นการสร้างสายสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างนักวิ่ง แขกผู้พักอาศัยในโรงแรม สมาคมนักเรียนและนักศึกษา ข้าราชการและองค์การส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดภูเก็ตและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง โดยแบ่งการแข่งขันออกเป็น2 ประเภท คือ วิ่งระยะทาง 4.5 กม. ค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัคร 250 บาทและวิ่งระยะทาง 10.5 กม. ค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัคร 350 บาท พร้อมรับเสื้อที่ระลึกการแข่งขัน ผู้ชนะเลิศแต่ละประเภทจะได้รับถ้วยเกียรติยศของนายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ส่วนผู้เข้าเส้นชัย 800 คนแรกจะได้รับเหรียญที่ระลึก
