เทศบาลนครภูเก็ตจัดรับฟังความคิดเห็นโครงการ ศึกษาและออกแบบระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานพื้นที่ชุมชนหลัก

เมื่อวันที่ 26 มกราคม  2559  ที่ห้องประชุมเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ชั้น 3 สำนักงานเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา นายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต เป็นประธาน ในโครงการศึกษาและออกแบบระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานพื้นที่ชุมชนหลัก จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายธวัชชัย ทองมั่ง ปลัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต นายเกรียงศักดิ์ ชูชาติพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักการช่าง เทศบาลนครภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

นางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา กล่าวว่า ตามที่กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง ได้จัดให้มีการศึกษาและออกแบบระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานพื้นที่ชุมชนหลัก จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวางแผนการพัฒนาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมในภาพรวมของพื้นที่ชุมชนที่จำเป็น เร่งด่วนของจังหวัดภูเก็ตและเพื่อให้สอดคล้องและสอดประสานกับแผนหลักการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมลุ่มน้ำภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก โดยระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นจะต้องสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมและปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังในพื้นที่ชุมชนเทศบาลและพื้นที่ชุมชนต่อเนื่อง

นายกเทศมนตรี ได้ขอบคุณกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง ที่จัดให้มีการประชุมเพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดองค์ประกอบในโครงการและรับฟังความคิดเห็น ครั้งที่ 1 ให้หลายหน่วยงานและประชาชนในพื้นที่ ได้เข้ามาร่วมรับรู้และเข้าใจในโครงการ และร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นในการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมและระบบระบายน้ำของจังหวัดทั้งระบบซึ่งจะสามารถป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมของจังหวัดภูเก็ตอย่างยั่งยืนตลอดไป
