จังหวัดภูเก็ต เปิดโครงการประชารัฐภูเก็ต ร่วมใจรักษาหาดไว้ เทิดไท้องค์ราชัน เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติ 70 ปีและเนื่องในโอกาสที่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินีนาถทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ

เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน  2559  เวลา 09.00 น. ที่หาดสุรินทร์ ตำบลเชิงทะเล อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต พลตรีคุณวุฒิ หมอแก้ว รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการประชารัฐภูเก็ต ร่วมใจรักษาหาดไว้ เทิดไท้องค์ราชันเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติ 70 ปีและเนื่องในโอกาสที่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินีนาถทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ 12 สิงหาคม 2559  โดยมี นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ภาคเอกชน นักเรียน ประชาชนทุกภาคส่วนในจังหวัดภูเก็ตกว่า 5,000 คน เข้าร่วม

นายจำเริญ ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา  กล่าวว่า ตามที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้ดำเนินการจัดระเบียบชายหาดตามนโยบายคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติและรัฐบาลตามหลักเกณฑ์ภูเก็ต Phuket Beach Model 1 หาด 1 ประกาศ 1 แผนที่ มีหลักเขตแน่นอน 1 องค์กรในการดูแลโดยมี Road Map 4 ระยะได้แก่ระยะที่ 1 บังคับใช้กฎหมาย ระยะที่ 2 การกำหนดกรอบแนวทางในการดำเนินการ ระยะที่ 3 การจัดระเบียบชายหาดระยะที่ 4 การบริหารจัดการเพื่อความยั่งยืน โดยได้ดำเนินการครอบคลุมในทุกพื้นที่ 50 หาดของจังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยแบ่งประเภทหาดออกเป็น 3 ประเภทคือ 1 หาดเทิดพระเกียรติจำนวน 1 หาดได้แก่หาดสุรินทร์  2 หาดอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจำนวน 40 หาด และ 3 หาดจัดระเบียบจำนวน 9 หาด ทั้งนี้จังหวัดได้ดำเนินการตาม Road Mapมาถึงระยะสุดท้ายและในปี 2559 เป็นปีมหามงคลที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ เสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติ 70 ปีและพระบรมราชินีนาถทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ จังหวัดจึงได้กำหนดจัดโครงการประชารัฐภูเก็ตร่วมใจ รักษาหาดไว้ เทิดไทองค์ราชัน ขึ้นเพื่อเป็นการประกาศความสำเร็จในการจัดระเบียบชายหาด ซึ่งดำเนินการมาถึง Road Map ระยะที่ 4 เพื่อการบริหารจัดการเพื่อความยั่งยืนรวมถึงเพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองในมหามงคลสมัยเนื่องในโอกาสพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ เสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติ 70 ปีและพระบรมราชินีนาถทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ อีกทั้งเพื่อเป็นการเริ่มต้นในโครงการพัฒนาหาดสุรินทร์ให้เป็นหาดเทิดพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ ในวโรกาสสำคัญดังกล่าว ซึ่งขณะนี้มีงบประมาณสำหรับการดำเนินการในระยะแรกประมาณ 60 ล้านบาทเศษ เพื่อเป็นการเปิดตัวสมาคมรักษ์หาดต่าง ๆ และชมรมเยาวชนรักษ์หาดในสถาบันการศึกษาที่เป็นเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนในการสถาปนาความยั่งยืนในการจัดระเบียบชายหาดและเป็นการเริ่มต้นในการขับเคลื่อนพลังแห่งประชารัฐภูเก็ตในการปกป้องดูแลรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญที่สุดของจังหวัดภูเก็ตไว้อย่างยั่งยืนตลอดไป

สำหรับกิจกรรมในงานประกอบด้วย พิธีลงนามถวายพระพรพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ เนื่องในโอกาสเสด็จเถลิงถวัลย์ราชสมบัติ 70 ปีและสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินีนาถทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 7 รอบ กิจกรรมตักบาตรข้าวสารอาหารแห้งแก่พระสงฆ์จำนวน 70 รูป พิธีลงนามประกาศเจตนารมณ์ของประชารัฐภูเก็ตในการร่วมกันรักษาหาด พิธีมอบหนังสือสำคัญการจดทะเบียนสมาคมและธงประจำสมาคมรักษ์หาดจำนวน 12 สมาคม ชมรมเยาวชนรักษ์หาดจำนวน 13 ชมรมรวมถึงการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการต่าง ๆ เช่น นิทรรศการเทิดพระเกียรติ นิทรรศการภาพถ่ายพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินีนาถเสด็จฯ เยือนภูเก็ตและหาดสุรินทร์ เมื่อวันวาน นิทรรศการเรือใบซึ่งเป็นกีฬาทรงโปรด นิทรรศการแสดงกีฬาพื้นบ้าน นิทรรศการอาหารของดีภูเก็ต กิจกรรมปล่อยเต่าสู่ท้องทะเลและกิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้
