รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เยี่ยมชมความพร้อมศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทดสอบทางเคมี และชื่นชมผลการดำเนินงานของคลินิกเทคโนโลยี ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงวิทย์ฯ กับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม  2558  เวลา 14.30 น.  ดร.พิเชฐ ดุรงคเวโรจน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เยี่ยมชมความพร้อมของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทดสอบทางเคมี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต ที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO/EC 17025 ในการให้บริการทดสอบน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมชื่นชมผลการดำเนินงานของคลินิกเทคโนโลยี ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี กับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต โดยมีนายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผศ.ดร.ประภา กาหยี อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต พร้อมผู้บริหารฯ ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และสื่อมวลชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ

ผศ.ดร.ประภา กาหยี อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า การดำเนินงานคลินิกเทคโนโลยีที่ผ่านมา ได้รับการตอบรับจากชุมชนและกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นอย่างดี ทำให้ชุมชนสามารถสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ และเกิดรายได้ รวมถึงเกิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นจากเดิม ถือได้ว่าการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวประสบความสำเร็จในการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม รวมถึงการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่ชุมชน และในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 สำนักบริหารยุทธศาสตร์กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ได้สนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตรวจสอบและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน-สินค้า OTOP กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน โดยคาดว่าผลจากโครงการดังกล่าวจะทำให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการ ได้ใช้บริการผ่านศูนย์ ปฏิบัติการทดสอบทางเคมี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของชุมชนร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐภายในจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัด รวมถึงกลุ่มภาคเอกชน โดยผ่านการบูรณาการการดำเนินงานโดยใช้หลักวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ขณะที่นายรังสรรค์ พลสมัคร คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต กล่าวว่า คลินิกเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต มีการดำเนินงานในภารกิจหลัก 2 ประการ คือ การบริการให้คำปรึกษาและข้อมูลเทคโนโลยี และเสริมสร้างหมู่บ้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี โดยได้มีการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ชุมชนหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ การถนอมอาหาร การแปรรูปอาหาร ซึ่งผู้รับบริการมีความพึงพอใจมากในการให้คำปรึกษาของคลินิกเทคโนโลยี ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2556 เป็นปีแรกที่คลินิกเทคโนโลยีได้ดำเนินการวางแผนจัดตั้งหมู่บ้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี โดยมีสำนักบริหารยุทธศาสตร์กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน เป็นผู้สนับสนุนงบประมาณ จำนวน 400,000 บาท ให้กับกลุ่มเพาะเห็นอินทรีย์ บ้านลิพอนหัวหาร-บ่อแร่ หมู่ที่ 8 ต.ศรีสุนทร อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต เพื่อให้ดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนากระบวนการดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชน ภายใต้โครงการครัวอันดามัน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2557 ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนจากกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 200,000 บาท เพื่อดำเนินงานด้านหมู่บ้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ให้เกิดความต่อเนื่อง ณ บ้านลิพอนหัวหาร-บ่อแร่ ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ.2558 ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนเพิ่มอีก 50,000 บาท ซึ่งในขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินงานตามข้อเสนอโครงการและคำแนะนำจากผู้ติดตามและประเมินโครงการดังกล่าว ส่วนในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 คลินิกเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต จะพัฒนาและขยายงานห้องปฏิบัติการเพื่อรองรับการวิเคราะห์ ทดสอบ รับรองมาตรฐานสินค้า ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุม (มผช.) โดยจะพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี อย่างไรก็ตาม สำหรับแนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนาของหมู่บ้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ที่กำลังจะเริ่มดำเนินการ ระหว่างเดือน มิถุนายน-ธันวาคม 2558 ได้แก่ระบบการติดตามและตรวจสอบย้อนกลับก้อนเห็ด ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค๊ด และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของธุรกิจชุมชน หมู่บ้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยประยุกต์แนวคิดระบบการผลิตแบบโตโยต้า(ดำเนินการภายใต้โครงการ โตโยต้า ธุรกิจชุมชนพัฒน์) โดยทางคลินิกฯ ได้วางทิศทางกรอบการดำเนินงานตามแผนงานทั้งสองให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะใช้องค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนและประเทศชาติ โดยจะเป็นผู้ประสานความร่วมมือทั้งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนต่อไป
