เมื่อวันที่ 9 กันยายน  2558  เวลา 09.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุม 1 กระทรวงมหาดไทย พล.อ. อนุพงศ์ เผ่าจินดา รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานการประชุมหารือข้อราชการของกระทรวงมหาดไทย ผ่านระบบวีดีทัศน์ทางไกลทั่วประเทศ โดยจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีนายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยได้เร่งรัดให้ทุกจังหวัดมีมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนผู้มีรายได้น้อยและมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลทั่วประเทศ ประกอบด้วยมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล ตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาท มาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลงบประมาณ 40,000 ล้านบาท นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการเร่งรัด การบริหารงบประมาณปีงบประมาณ 2559 มาตรการดำเนินการงบอุดหนุนเฉพาะกิน ด้านการบริหารและการป้องกันการทุจริต พร้อมทั้งการติดตามความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินการพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษของ OSS การจัดสรรที่ดินและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ตลอดจนการดำเนินการตามวาระแห่งชาติด้านการต่อต้านการทุจริตและการติดตามข้อร้องเรียนของกระทรวงมหาดไทย
