กระทรวงมหาดไทย เร่งรัดการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัดให้แล้วเสร็จภายในสิ้นเดือนมีนาคมนี้
เมื่อวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559 เวลา 09.30 น. ที่ อาคารคอซิมบี้ ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายกฤษฎา บุญราช ปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานการประชุมติดตามเร่งรัดการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณจังหวัดและกลุ่มจังหวัดโครงการตามมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนและมาตรการกระตุ้นการลงทุนขนาดเล็กของรัฐบาลทั่วประเทศ ผ่านระบบวีดิทัศน์ทางไกล โดยมี ดร. ประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายศรัณยู เสมา หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม
วาระประชุมที่สำคัญครั้งนี้ ว่าด้วยเรื่อง การติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ ประจำปี 2559 โดยมีผลการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณที่ล่าช้าและต่ำมาก ใน 5 เขตพื้นที่ ประกอบด้วย ภาคใต้ชายแดนเบิกได้ ร้อยละ 0.7 ภาคใต้ฝั่งอ่าวไทยเบิกได้ ร้อยละ 1.03 ภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันเบิกได้ ร้อยละ 1.73 ภาคเหนือตอนล่างเบิกได้ ร้อยละ 1.04 และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างเบิกได้ ร้อยละ 1.11 ทั้งนี้ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดทุกจังหวัดจะต้องเร่งรัดการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณและเร่งก่อหนี้ผูกพันให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 31 มีนาคม นี้
นายกฤษฎา บุญราช กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ให้ทุกจังหวัดร่วมกันประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่สำคัญ 5 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วย โครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ โครงการวาระรัฐบาล ผลงานความคิดริเริ่มของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดและคณะทำงาน และการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนตระหนักรู้ในข้อเท็จจริงตามกระแสสังคมไทย โดยประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ ทั้งสื่อวิทยุ สื่อโทรทัศน์ และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ ในส่วนท้องถิ่น และส่วนกลาง เพื่อให้เกิดความแพร่หลายของข้อมูลข่าวสารและเกิดการรับรู้ข้อมูลอย่างทั่วถึง ทั้งนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย ได้เน้นย้ำให้ผู้ว่าราชการทุกจังหวัดตรวจสอบความโปร่งใสในการทำงานในโครงการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล และหากมีปัญหาในการทำงานก็สามารถรายงานปัญหาโดยตรงต่อกระทรวงมหาดไทย ทางกระทรวงยืนยันพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่
