อบจ.ภูเก็ต ร่วมประชุมจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ 2559

นายไพบูลย์ อุปัติศฤงค์ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วย นายเสถียร แก้วพระปราบ ผู้อำนวยการกองแผนและงบประมาณ อบจ.ภูเก็ต ตลอดจนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุมจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 โดยมี นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธาน ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต

ทั้งนี้ ด้วยจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 จำนวน 23 โครงการ งบประมาณ 186,652,300 บาท และเพื่อให้การจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 จังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและถูกต้อง ผู้แทนจากสำนักงานงบประมาณ จึงได้กำหนดชี้แจงแนวทางการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 จังหวัดภูเก็ต และกำหนดตรวจติดตามแผนงานโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2557 และ พ.ศ.2558 ในระหว่างวันที่ 10-11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558

สำหรับแนวทางการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2559 จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประกอบด้วยประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ต่างๆ ได้แก่ โครงการรักภูเก็ต, โครงการส่งเสริมพัฒนากลไกตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์ (OTOP) เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว, โครงการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติจังหวัดภูเก็ต, โครงการขยายแนวเขตและปรับปรุงประปาเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวด้านการท่องเที่ยว, โครงการจัดสร้างปะการังเทียมเพื่อการฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรทางทะเลและวิถีชีวิตของประชาชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต, โครงการสนับสนุนการเป็นเจ้าภาพการแข่งขันโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับโลก เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ภูเก็ตเป็นศูนย์กลาง MICE CITY, โครงการสัมพันธ์บ้านพี่สู่บ้านน้อง และ ITOP FORUM (Inter-Island Tourism PolicyForum) เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพของภูเก็ตสู่เมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก, โครงการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงจังหวัดภูเก็ต, โครงการภูเก็ตปลอดภัยเพื่อส่งเสริมด้านการท่องเที่ยว, โครงการอาคารปลอดภัย ประชาอุ่นใจ เพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นให้นักท่องเที่ยว, โครงการป้องกันน้ำท่วมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาจราจร, โครงการวัฒนธรรมสรรค์สร้างสู่เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์จังหวัดภูเก็ต, โครงการปรับปรุงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำตก ร.6, โครงการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดจังหวัดภูเก็ต, โครงการบริหารจัดการชายหาดแบบยั่งยืน, โครงการเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตและการตลาดอาหารปลอดภัยสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยว, โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพการบริหารผู้ป่วยทางเดินหายใจแบบครบวงจร, โครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพแรงงาน
