ภูเก็ตประชุมคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดประจำเดือน
เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคม  2559  เวลา 10.00 น. ที่ ห้องประชุมชั้น 3 ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 18 ภูเก็ต นายโชคดี อมรวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดจังหวัดภูเก็ต (ศอ.ปส.จ.ภก.) โดยมี พล.ต.ต. ธีระพล ทิพย์เจริญ ผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิรุทร บัวอ่อน ป้องกันจังหวัดภูเก็ต และหน่วยงานส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

วาระที่สำคัญในการประชุมครั้งนี้ว่าด้วยเรื่องการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามตัวชี้วัด ตามแผนปฏิบัติการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดมีทั้งหมด 4 แผ่นงานซึ่งประกอบด้วย แผนป้องกันยาเสพติดกำหนดเป็น 3 ยุทธศาสตร์คือ การป้องกันกลุ่มผู้มีโอกาสเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติด การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติด และการมีส่วนร่วมภาคประชาชน แผนบำบัดรักษากำหนดเป็น 2 ยุทธศาสตร์ คือ การแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด และพัฒนาระบบรองรับการคืนคนดีให้สังคม แผนปราบปรามยาเสพติด ใช้ยุทธศาสตร์การควบคุมตัวยาและผู้ค้ายาเสพติด และสุดท้ายแผนบริหารจัดการอย่างบูรณาการทั้งนี้การดำเนินการตามแผนการปิดล้อมตรวจค้น อำเภอละ 1 ครั้ง/เดือน ขณะนี้มี อำเภอถลาง และอำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต ที่จัดทำแผนมาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ส่วนอำเภอกะทู้กำลังอยู่ระหว่างการเร่งทำแผนงานเพื่อนำมาบูรณาการ ร่วมกันกับตำรวจภูธรจังหวัด ในการปิดล้อมตรวจค้น โดยศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่ ศอ.ปส.จ.ภก ส่วนการประชุม ศป.ปส.อ. ให้ร่วมกับฝ่ายความมั่นคงเป็นการประจำเดือน ส่งรายงานการประชุมให้ ศอ.ปส.จ.ภก. เป็นประจำทุกเดือน เพื่อนำเรียนที่ประชุมให้ทราบและนำไปใช้ในการปรับแผนการดำเนินการในขั้นตอนต่อไป
