มูลนิธิพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมจับมือภาคีเครือข่ายให้คนไทยดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงจัด โครงการกำแพงแก้วหลักสูตร คนไทยสุจริต เพื่อถวายพ่อหลวง 90 พรรษา

เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2558 เวลา 09.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 3 โรงแรมเมโทรโพล ภูเก็ต อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต นายพัลลภ สิงหเสนี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดและบรรยายพิเศษ โครงการกำแพงแก้วหลักสูตร “คนไทยสุจริต..เพื่อถวายพ่อหลวง 90 พรรษา” ในหัวข้อ การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ซึ่งมูลนิธิพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการป้องกันการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ กระทรวงแรงงาน และกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว กระทรวงพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จัดขึ้น โดยมีนายปรีชานันท์ พุ่มเล็ก ผู้อำนวยการ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางรติวัณณ สุนทรา แรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางจิตรมณี สุวรรณพูล ประธานมูลนิธิพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม และผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนา ซึ่งมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย เยาวชน ป.ป.ช. นักเรียน ครู แม่ พ่อ อาสาสมัครแรงงาน และกัลยาณมิตร ป.ป.ช.สุจริตดีเด่นประจำจังหวัด กลุ่มละ 9 คน เข้าร่วม

สำหรับโครงการกำแพงแก้วหลักสูตร “คนไทยสุจริต..เพื่อถวายพ่อหลวง 90 พรรษา” จัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนคนไทย ทุกภาคส่วน ตั้งแต่ครอบครัว ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานของสังคม การสร้างเด็กเยาชนและพลเมืองของชาติให้เป็นผู้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ มีความสามารถ มีสมรรถนะ ทักษะและศักยภาพในการสร้างความสุจริตและป้องกันการทุจริตแห่งตน สังคมและประเทศชาติ โดยกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักทั่วประเทศ 77 จังหวัด จำนวน 7 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ เยาวชน ป.ป.ช., นักเรียน, ครู, แม่, พ่อ, อาสาสมัครแรงงาน และกัลยาณมิตร ป.ป.ช.สุจริตดีเด่นประจำจังหวัด รวม จำนวน 90 รุ่น ดำเนินการเป็นเวลา 3 ปี ระหว่างปี 2558-2560

ทั้งนี้เป้าหมายในการจัดทำโครงการ นั้นคาดว่าจะได้คนต้นกล้า คนต้นธรรม คนต้นแบบ ที่มีประพฤติดี มีวินัย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีจิตสำนึกที่ดี ทำเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนร่วม, สร้างเครือข่ายคนไทยสุจริต ส่งเสริมยกย่อง เชิดชูเกียรติ สร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับผู้ที่ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต จากทุกภาคส่วน ให้มีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต รวมทั้งจังหวัดภูเก็ตร่วมกันส่งเพลง “คนไทยสุจริต” ประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต เข้าร่วมประกวดกับ 77 จังหวัด เพื่อถวายพ่อหลวง ทูลเกล้าเพลงชนะเลิศ ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2560
