วันที่ 27 มิถุนายน  2559 เหล่ากาชาด จังหวัดภูเก็ต นำโดย นางวาสนา ทิพญพงศ์ธาดา นายกเหล่ากาชาด จังหวัดภูเก็ตภูเก็ต (ประธานชมรมแม่บ้านมหาดไทย จ.ภูเก็ต)ภูเก็ต ร่วมกับ โรงเรียนบ้านเกาะสิเหร่ จัดโครงการประชารัฐภูเก็ตร่วมใจ รักษาหาดไว้ เทอดไท้องค์ราชัน ซึ่งนำนักเรียนเก็บขยะบริเวณหาดศิลาพันธ์ ต.รัษฎา อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต  พร้อมด้วย คณะครู อาจารย์ และ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวนกว่า 300 คน
