กปร.จัดประชุมเพื่อหารือโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

เมื่อวันที่ 14 กันยายน 2558  เวลา 09.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานประชุมโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ (กปร,) เป็นผู้ดำเนินการรวบรวมข้อมูลโครงการฯ โดยมี นายประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางสาวอุศนีย์ ธูปทอง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักประสานงานโครงการพื้นที่ 4 สำนักงาน กปร. และหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วม

โครงการดังกล่าวนี้ คือ เป็นโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริที่ได้พระราชทานพระราชดำริโดยตรง เป็นโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริที่เกิดจากการที่ราษฎรทูลเกล้าฯถวายฎีกาขอพระราชทานความช่วยเหลือ และเป็นโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริที่หน่วยงานได้กราบบังคมทูลรายงานหรือขอพระราชทานพระบรมราชวินิจฉัยเรียบร้อยแล้ว ซึ่งสำนักงาน กปร. ได้แบ่งประเภทของโครงการฯ ออกเป็น 8 ประเภท ประกอบด้วย โครงการพัฒนาด้านแหล่งน้ำ โครงการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตร โครงการพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โครงการพัฒนาด้านการส่งเสริมอาชีพ โครงการพัฒนาด้านสาธารณสุข โครงการพัฒนาด้านคมนาคม/สื่อสาร โครงการพัฒนาด้านสวัสดิการสังคม/การศึกษา และโครงการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการ และโครงการด้านอื่น ๆ สำหรับโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริในจังหวัดภูเก็ต มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 3 โครงการ ประกอบด้วย โครงการฝายคลองพระแทว พร้อมระบบส่งน้ำอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ บ้านคลองชีพ ต.เทพกษัตรี อ.เมือง เป็นโครงการประเภทโครงการพัฒนาด้านแหล่งน้ำ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภค บริโภค แก่ราษฎร จำนวน 170 ครัวเรือน โครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืช อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อ.เมือง เป็นโครงการประเภทพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อปกปักพันธุ์พืช สำรวจ ปลูกรักษา(ปาล์มหลังขาว) และโครงการก่อสร้างถนน เส้นทางสาย บ้านกมลา-บ้านป่าแดง บ้านกมลา-บ้านกะหลิม หมู่ 5 ต.ป่าตอง อ.กระทู้ และสร้างถนนสายบ้านกมลา-ป่าแดง (เพิ่มเติม) เป็นโครงการประเภทพัฒนาด้านคมนาคม/สื่อสาร เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ราษฎรพื้นที่กว่า 800 ครัวเรือน สามารถเดินทางและคมนาคมขนส่งได้อย่างสะดวก ทั้งนี้การประชุมในวันนี้เพื่อเป็นการปรึกษาหารือ ในเรื่องโครงการดังกล่าว ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมหาแนวทางการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ รวมถึงร่วมกันพิจารณาความคืบหน้าของโครงการฯ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับหลักการที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนาโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริต่อไป
