นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมครัวเรือนยากจน จำนวน 7 ครัวเรือน ในพื้นที่ ต.เชิงทะเล อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต ตามโครงการ “60 ครัวเรือนแห่งความดี พัฒนาถวายสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ในวโรกาสฉลองพระชนมายุครบ 5 รอบ 2เมษายน 2558” เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการครัวเรือนยากจนแบบบูรณาการ ชี้เป้าชีวิต จัดทำเข็มทิศชีวิต บริหารจัดการชีวิต และดูแลชีวิต มาใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาของประชาชนที่เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยร่วมกับ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ เหล่ากาชาดและ สาธารณสุขจังหวัดลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้
นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต กล่าวถึงการลงพื้นที่ว่า เพื่อนำข้อมูลความจำเป็นพื้นฐาน (จปฐ) มาใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตครัวเรือนที่ตกเกณฑ์ ซึ่งกำหนดเป็นวาระการดำเนินงานของจังหวัด พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะผู้นำ องค์กร เครือข่าย ให้มีความสามารถในการทำงานพัฒนาชุมชน หมู่บ้านและมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาของประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตครัวเรือนเป้าหมาย จำนวน60 ครัวเรือน ด้วยการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและการบริหารจัดการครัวเรือนยากจนแบบบูรณาการ ทั้งนี้ครัวเรือนเป้าหมายจำนวน 60 ครัวเรือน แบ่งเป็นในพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จำนวน 20 ครัวเรือน อำเภอถลาง จำนวน 30 ครัวเรือน และในอำเภอ กะทู้ จำนวน 10 ครัวเรือน โดยในครั้งนี้ได้ลงพื้นที่ ต.เชิงทะเล อ.ถลาง จำนวน 7 ครัวเรือน หลังจากนั้นก็จะลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมทุกครัวเรือนตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ นอกจากนี้ทางจังหวัดได้ทำการพิจารณาให้ส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ร่วมกันรับผิดชอบดูแล ส่งเสริม และช่วยเหลือให้ครัวเรือนดังกล่าวได้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นต่อไป.
