กก.สส.ภ. จว.ภูเก็ต ดำเนินการกวาดล้างจับกุมผู้ต้องหาเครือข่ายยาเสพติด

กองบังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต ภายใต้การสั่งการของ พล.ต.ต. ธีระพล ทิพย์เจริญ ผบก.ภ. จว.ภูเก็ต  พ.ต.อ.พีรยุทธ์ การเจดีย์  พ.ต.อ.พินิจ ศิริชัย พ.ต.อ.สมาน ชัยณรงค์ และ พ.ต.อ.ศักดฺชัย ลิ้มเจริญ ได้ดำเนินการกวาดล้างจับกุมยาเสพติด  กก.สส.ภ. จว.ภูเก็ต ได้ทำการจับกุมผู้ต้องหาเครือข่ายยาเสพติด

กก.สส.ภ. จว.ภูเก็ต โดย พ.ต.อ.สมคิด บุญรัจฃตน์  ผกก.สส.ภ. จว.ภูเก็ต ได้ดำเนินการสืบสวนขบวนการค้ายาเสพติดมาอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยทราบว่าผู้ต้องหาทั้งหมดเป็นขบวนการค้ายาเสพติดรายใหญ่ของภาคใต้ โดยขบวนการที่แบ่งงานกันทำ ซึ่งมีผู้สั่งการคือนายอุสมาน หรือมัง จินตรา ผู้ต้องขังคดียาเสพติด ซึ่งจะซื้อขายยาเสพติดจากนายหมู ไม่ทราบชื่อสกุลจริง ชาวเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง โดยจะสั่งยาเสพติดจากนายหมู และนายหมูจะเป็นผู้ติดต่อทีมงานขนยาเสพติดจากพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต คือนายบำรุง หรือดำ ดีแก้ว เป็นผู้เดินทางขนยาเสพติดและนายอุสมาน หรือมัง ติดต่อสั่งการให้นายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง เป็นผู้รับยาหรือเอเย่นต์ คอยรับยาจากนายบำรุง หรือดำ เพื่อไปจำหน่ายให้กับผู้ค้ารายอื่นๆในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลาและ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป

ในคดีนี้เมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์  2559 ที่ผ่านมา นายอุสมาน หรือมัง ได้โทรศัพท์ติดต่อสั่งยาเสพติดจากนายหมู ชาวเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง อยู่ที่ ตำบลท่าขี้เหล็ก แนวเขตชายแดนไทยฝั่ง อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย ในจำนวน 100,000 เม็ด เมื่อได้รับออเดอร์ นายหมูได้ติดต่อให้นายบำรุง หรือดำ ให้ขึ้นไปรับยาเสพติด นายบำรุงหรือดำ ได้ตกตอบรับคำและเดินทางโดยเครื่องบินพร้อมด้วย น.ส.อ้อม (นามสมมุติ)  และนายเฟิร์ส  (นามสมมุติ) รวม 3 คน เพื่อไปรับยาเสพติดตามคำสั่งของนายหมู เมื่อเดินทางไปถึงจังหวัดเชียงรายก็พบกับนายหมู และทีมงานของนายหมูคือนายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง โดยได้ทำการตกลงเรื่องการว่าจ้าง โดยกล่าวคือ นายบำรุง หรือดำ จะได้ค่าจ้างเป็นเงิน 800,000 บาท แต่ต้องวางตัวนายเฟิร์ส ไว้เป็นตัวประกันกับนายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ เมื่อส่งยาเสพติดเรียบร้อยแล้วนายเฟิร์ส จะได้รับการปล่อยตัว และในขณะเดียวกันนายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ  ได้สั่งยาเสพติดจากนายหมูเป็นจำนวน 100,000 เม็ด ในราคามัดละ 100,500 บาท (2,000 เม็ด) โดยนายหมู จะส่งยาเสพติดให้นายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ   โดยไม่มีเงินมัดจำ แต่ต้องมอบบุคคลไว้เป็นตัวประกัน เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วตัวประกันจะได้รับการปล่อยตัว โดยนายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ  ตอบรับตามข้อตกลงและได้มอบตัว น.ส.นา และ น.ส.ยะห์ ที่พามาด้วยไว้กับนายหมู และได้นัดแนะกัน สถานที่รับยาเสพติด ต่อมาเวลาประมาณ 04.00 น. ในวันถัดมา นายหมูได้โทรศัพท์ติดต่อให้นายบำรุง หรือดำ  ไปรับยาเสพติดที่หมู่บ้านกะเหรี่ยงรวมมิตร จังหวัดเชียงราย หลังจากที่ได้รับยาเสพติดมาแล้วนายบำรุง หรือดำ พร้อมด้วย น.ส.อ้อม ได้นำยาเสพติดมาทางรถโดยสารประจำทางและทางรถไฟจนมาถึงจังหวัดสงขลา และมอบให้นายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ   โดยได้รับค่าจ้างเป็นยาบ้าจำนวน 10,000 เม็ด นายบำรุง รับตัวนายเฟิร์สและเดินทางกลับมาพร้อมยาบ้า โดยได้นำยาบ้าส่วนหนึ่งไปซุกซ่อนไว้ในพื้นที่จังหวัดกระบี่ และอีกส่วนหนึ่งนำมาจำหน่ายในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต จนกระทั้งมาถูกจับกุมได้ หลังถูกจับกุมได้นำเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ตรวจยึดยาบ้าที่ซุกซ่อนไว้ที่จังหวัดกระบี่ และสืบสวนขยายผลจนสามารถจับกุมตัวนายซอละห์ หรือโก๊ะ   ในที่สุด

การดำเนินการกวาดล้างจับกุมยาเสพติดและขยายผลในครั้งนี้ได้ตัวผู้ต้องหา คือ  นายธันวา หรือวา แซ่ขอ พร้อมด้วยของกลาง ยาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ไอซ์) ชนิดเกล็ดใส บรรจุในถุงพลาสิกใส จำนวน 6 ถุง น้ำหนัก 41.81 กรัม  ยาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ยาบ้า) ชนิดเม็ดกลมแบนสีชมพู ประทับตัวอักษร WY  6 ถุง จำนวน 630 เม็ด อาวุธปืนพกสั้น แบบลูกโม่ ขนาด .38 ยี่ห้อสมิทแอนด์เวสสัน ไม่ปรากฏหมายเลขทะเบียน พร้อมเครื่องกระสุนจำนวน 16 นัด โดยกล่าวหานายธันวา หรือวา แซ่ขอ ว่า มียาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ไอซ์ และ ยาบ้า) ไว้ในครอบครองเพื่อจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต, มีอาวุธปืนและเครื่องกระสุนปืนไว้ในครอบครองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จับกุมตัวได้ที่หน้าห้องเช่า ห้องบี ปฏิพัทธิ์แมนชั่น ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สี่แยกปฏิพัทธิ์-กระบี่

นายบำรุง หรือดำ ดีแก้ว นายซอละห์หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง พร้อมด้วยของกลาง ยาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ไอซ์) ชนิดเกล็ดใส บรรจุในถุงพลาสิกใส จำนวน 43 ถุง น้ำหนัก 73.91 กรัม  ยาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ยาบ้า) ชนิดเม็ดกลมแบนสีชมพู ประทับตัวอักษร WY  72 ถุง จำนวน 14,492 เม็ด อาวุธปืนสั้น ยี่ห้อซีแซต ขนาด 9 มม. หมายเลขทะเบียนปืน พล01/4100724 หมายเลขประจำปืน 6980 อาร์ พร้อมซองบรรจุกระสุนปืน (แม็กกาซีน) จำนวน 1 กรบอก พร้อมเครื่องกระสุนปืน จำนวน 29 นัด โดยกล่าวหานายบำรุง หรือดำ ดีแก้ว นายซอละห์หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง ว่า ร่วมกันมียาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 (ไอซ์ และ ยาบ้า) ไว้ในครอบครองเพื่อจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และกล่าวหานายซอละห์หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง  มีอาวุธปืนและเครื่องกระสุนปืนไว้ในครอบครองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตและพาอาวุธปืนติดตัวไปในเมือง หมู่บ้านหรือทางสาธารณะโดยไม่มีเหตุจำเป็นเร่งด่วนและไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จับกุมตัวนายบำรุง หรือดำ ดีแก้ว ได้ที่บริเวณลานจอดรถ ปฏิพัทธิ์แมนชั่น ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สี่แยกปฏิพัทธิ์-กระบี่ และจับกุมตัวนายซอละห์หรือโก๊ะ เพ็งหวัง ได้ที่หน้าโรงเรียนคลองพน ตำบลคลองพน อำเภอคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่
