จังหวัดภูเก็ต ขอความร่วมมือทุกภาคส่วนควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และยาสูบในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์เพื่อเป็นการลดอุบัติเหตุท่งถนน

เมื่อวันที่ 8 มีนาคม  2559  ที่ประชุมกู้ภัยทางทะเลฝั่งอันดามัน 18 ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขต 18 ภูเก็ต นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการและคณะอนุกรรมการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และยาสูบจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายแพทย์บัญชา ค้าของ สาธารณะสุขจังหวัดภูเก็ต นางสาวณฐิตา ขอกิติไพบูลย์ ผู้รับผิดชอบงานควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และหน่วยงานส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

วาระที่สำคัญในการประชุมครั้งนี้ได้แก่ การออกแบบใบอนุญาตการจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่สถานที่ขนส่ง สถานีบริการน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงสถานที่ราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ สวนสาธารณะ ในวันที่ 13-15 เมษายน 2559ซึ่งเป็นวันสงกรานต์ จึงขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เทศบาล อบต. และสำนักงานตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดภูเก็ต ให้ดำเนินการในระดับพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ โดยประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบการปฏิบัติตาม พ.ร.บ. ควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ.2551 เช่น ห้ามดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ขณะขับขี่หรือโดยสารรถ ห้ามดื่ม-ห้ามขาย เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ในสวนสาธารณะ วัด โดยให้มีการแจ้งให้สถานประกอบการ ร้านอาหาร ร้านค้าต่าง ๆ ปั๊มน้ำมัน ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ ให้ความร่วมมือ และปฏิบัติตาม พ.ร.บ. ควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อย่างเคร่งครัด เช่น ไม่ขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ในปั้ม ในสวนสาธารณะ ห้ามจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย ลดราคา แจก แถม เช่น ซื้อ 1แถม1 และขายได้ในเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด (11.00 14.00 น. และ 17.00 น. 24.00 น.) ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและบังคับให้กฎหมายให้เป็นตามเจตนารมณ์แห่ง พ.ร.บ. ควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ.2551 และในกรณีที่จัดกิจกรรมเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์ในพื้นที่ ขอความร่วมมือในการจัดกิจกรรมเล่นน้ำสงกรานต์ปลอดเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และยาสูบ
