เทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ร่วมทอดกฐินสามัคคี วัดเจริญสมณกิจ (วัดหลังศาล)

เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน  2558  เวลา 08.30 น.  นางสาวสมใจ  สุวรรณศุภพนา  นายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยนายกวี ตันสุคตานนท์, นางสมจิตต์ สุทธางกูรรองนายกเทศมนตรีนครภูเก็ต สมาชิกสภาเทศบาล หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และพนักงานเทศบาล ได้ร่วมทอดกฐินสามัคคี ณ วัดเจริญสมณกิจ (วัดหลังศาล)

นางสาวสมใจ สุวรรณศุภพนา  กล่าวว่า การทอดกฐินถือว่าเป็นงานบุญที่ยิ่งใหญ่ เพราะในปีหนึ่งแต่ละวัดจะรับกฐินได้เพียงครั้งเดียว และเป็นประเพณีที่สืบทอดและปฏิบัติกันมาแต่โบราณกาล และในแต่ละปีกำหนดให้มีการทอดกฐินขึ้นภายใน 1 เดือน หลังประเพณีออกพรรษา การทอดกฐินเป็นกาลทาน ตามพระวินัยกำหนดกาลไว้ คือ ตั้งแต่แรม 1 ค่ำ เดือน 11 ถึงวันขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 12  ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นอนุรักษ์สืบสานและส่งเสริมประเพณีอันดีงามให้คงอยู่สืบไป เทศบาลนครภูเก็ตจึงได้จัดทอดกฐินสามัคคี ประจำปี 2558 ขึ้น ระหว่างวันที 20 – 21  พฤศจิกายน 2558 ณ วัดเจริญสมณกิจ (วัดหลังศาล)

โดยการจัดทอดกฐินสามัคคีครั้งนี้ เพื่อหารายได้สมทบทุนสร้างพระบรมธาตุเจดีย์เทสรังสีญาณสัมปันโนนุสรณ์ ณ วัดเจริญสมณกิจ (วัดหลังศาล)
