จัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ตเตือนผู้ประกอบการร่วมกันเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศการเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยว รับแรงงานต่างด้าวเข้าทำงานให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย 
เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม  2559 นายสุทธิพงศ์ สายสาคเรศ จัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ต เปิดเผยถึงนโยบายในการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาการลักลอบเข้ามาทำงานของคนต่างด้าวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตในการร่วมแถลงข่าวตามโครงการ ผวจ.ภูเก็ตพบสื่อมวลชน

นายสุทธิพงศ์ สายสาคเรศ  กล่าวว่า จังหวัดภูเก็ตมีนโยบายในการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาการลักลอบเข้ามาทำงานของคนต่างด้าวผิดกฎหมายและป้องกันการแย่งอาชีพคนไทย จึงมีนโยบายที่จะตรวจสอบ ปราบปราบจับกุม ดำเนินคดีต่างด้าวที่ลักลอบเข้าทำงานและประกอบอาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นงานห้ามคนต่างด้าวทำ และอาชีพอื่นๆ อย่างจิงจัง โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และตลาดแรงงาน ทำให้คนต่างด้าวหลั่งไหลเข้ามาทำงานเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานตามนโยบายในการแก้ไขปัญหาคนต่างด้าวลักลอบเข้ามาทำงานผิดกฎหมายเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย มีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตจึงได้แต่งตั้งชุดเฉพาะกิจ เพื่อตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอบทำงานของคนต่างด้าว จังหวัดภูเก็ตขึ้น เพื่อติดตาม ตรวจสอบ ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

นายสุทธิพงศ์ ได้กล่าวต่อว่า ในการทำงานได้มีการทำงานแบบบูรณาการ มีชุดเฉพาะกิจเพื่อตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอบการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว ได้แก่ แรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวหน้าชุดตรวจ ,พร้อมด้วยชุดตรวจ ได้แก่ สวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต, สรรพากรพื้นที่ภูเก็ต,พาณิชจังหวัดภูเก็ต,ผู้กำกับการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต,ผู้กำกับสถานีตำรวจภูธร,หัวหน้าศูนย์ดำรงธรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต,สารวัตรสถานีตำรวจท่องเทียว 2 (ภูเก็ต),ป้องกันจังหวัดภูเก็ต,นายทะเบียนสำนักงานทะเบียนธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ สาขาภาคใต้ เขต 2 จังหวัดภูเก็ต, ปลัดอำเภอ หัวหน้าความมั่นคงในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอ, จัดหางานจังหวัดภูเก็ต, และนักวิชาการแรงงานชำนาญการสำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน – พฤษภาคม 2559 ชุดเฉพาะกิจเพื่อตรวจสอบปราบปรามการลักลอบทำงานของคนต่างด้าว จังหวัดภูเก็ต มีผลการปฏิบัติงาน โดยเฉพาะธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว สามารถจับกุมแรงงานต่างด้าวลักลอบทำงาน จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 25 ราย โดยแบ่งตามความผิดลักษณะงานในอาชีพ คือ 1) เข้ามาทำงานในตำแหน่ง มัคคุเทศก์ จำนวน 12 ราย มีความผิดเข้ามาทำงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากนายทะเบียน ตามพระราชบัญญัติการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. 2559 และ เป็นมัคคุเทศก์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากนายทะเบียนตามพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยว และมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. 2551 และ 2) เข้ามาทำงานในตำแหน่ง ช่างภาพ ถ่ายรูป Wedding จำนวน 13 ราย มีความผิดเข้ามาทำงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากนายทะเบียน ตามพระราชบัญญัติการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ.2559

โดยการจับกุมได้นำตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้ง 25 คน ส่งพนักงานสอบสวนเพื่อดำเนินคดี อย่างไรก็ตาม การดำเนินการต่อไปจะส่งเรื่องให้ สรรพากรเขตพื้นที่ตรวจสอบเรื่องการจ่ายภาษีให้รัฐ ทั้งนายจ้างและผู้ทำงานพร้อมทั้งส่งเรื่องให้นายทะเบียน สำนักงานทะเบียนธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ ตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจนำเที่ยว และตรวจคนเข้าเมือง จัดทำบัญชีไม่ให้คนต่างด้าวเหล่านี้เข้ามาลักลอบทำงานอีกต่อไป

นายสุทธิพงศ์ กล่าวในตอนท้ายว่า ขอฝากประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะผู้รับคนต่างด้าวเหล่านี้เข้ามาทำงานให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อรักษาบรรยากาศการท่องเที่ยวของภูเก็ตให้ยั่งยืนต่อไป พร้อมให้ความสำคัญในการจ้างแรงงานไทยต่อไปด้วย
