รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ตกำชับคณะกรรมการจัดสรรที่ดินเข้ม การอนุญาตสร้างหมู่บ้าน คอนโดมิเนียม หวั่นกระทบน้ำท่วม หมู่บ้านและชุมชน

วันนี้ 18 สิงหาคม 2558  เวลา 14.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายสมเกียรติ สังข์ขาวสุทธิรักษ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการจัดสรรที่ดินจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี เจ้าพนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดภุเก็ต นายวงศกร นุ่นชูคันธ์ โยธาธิการและผังเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต พร้อมคณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

สำหรับวาระการประชุมที่สำคัญมีการแจ้งเรื่องการจัดตั้งนิติบุคคล หมู่บ้านจัดสรรและการอนุญาตให้ทำการจัดสรรที่ดิน รวมถึงการยกเลิกและคืนสัญญาค้ำประกัน การบำรุงรักษาสาธารณูปโภค ส่วนเรื่องพิจารณามีการพิจารณาการขออนุญาตทำการจัดสรรที่ดินจำนวน 10 โครงการ นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวว่า ตนเองได้กำชับให้คณะกรรมการเข้มงวดการอนุญาตจัดสรรโครงการเนื่องจากปัจจุบันหลายพื้นที่เมื่อมีการขั้นโครงการ หมู่บ้าน คอนโดมิเนียมได้กระทบต่อหมู่บ้านชุมชน เกิดน้ำท่วม ดินสไลด์ รวมทั้งปัญหาน้ำเสีย ซึ่งหากมีการเอาจริงเอาจังตั้งแต่การขออนุญาต ปัญหาดังกล่าวจะไม่เกิด
