กรมอุทยานฯส่งกำลัง 20 ชุดลงปฎิบัติการตรวจสอบการออกเอกสารสิทธิ์อุทยานสิรินาถภูเก็ตกว่า 2 พันไร่พบแปลงใดออกเอกสารสิทธิผิดกฏหมายแจ้งความดำเนินคดีทันทีขณะหัวหน้าอุทยานฯคาดใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 3 เดือน.

กรณีที่กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติสัตว์ป่าและพันธุ์พืช กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้ดำเนินการทวงคืนผืนป่า 2,743 ไร่ มูลค่ากว่า 5 หมื่นล้านบาทในพื้นที่อุทยานสิรินาถจังหวัดภูเก็ตพร้อมเข้าตรวจสอบที่ดินแปลงต้องสงสัย ล่าสุดกรมที่ดินได้ทำการเพิกถอนที่ดินที่มีปัญหาแล้วจำนวน 5 กลุ่ม 17แปลง เนื้อที่กว่า 100 ไร่ มูลค่ามากกว่า 5 พันล้าน ซึ่งที่ดินทั้งหมดตั้งอยู่ใน ต.สาคู อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต อย่างไรก็ตามทางกรมอุทยานยังเดินหน้าตรวจสอบการออกเอกสารสิทธิ์ในพื้นที่ทั้งหมดอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยวันนี้(11-12-57)นายกิติพัฒน์ ธาราภิบาล หัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติสิรินาถ จังหวัดภูเก็ต เปิดเผยว่า นายนิพนธ์ โชติบาล อธิบดีกรมอุทยานฯได้คัดเลือกแต่งตั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมจากทั่วประเทศ ที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญเรื่องแผนที่รังวัด และการอ่านภาพถ่ายทางอากาศ ประมาณ 100 คน โดยแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 20 ชุด ชุดละ 5 คน ให้เข้าไปตรวจสอบเอกสารสิทธิของกลุ่มนายทุนที่บุกรุกอุทยานฯสิรินาถทั้ง 710 แปลงและหากตรวจพิสูจน์พบว่าแปลงไหนออกเอกสารสิทธิ์โดยมิชอบตนก็จะนำหลักฐานเข้าแจ้งความกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทันทีซึ่งเบื้องต้นคาดว่าจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 3 เดือนจึงจะสามารถตรวจพิสูจน์การออกเอกสารสิทธิ์ในเขตอุทยานสิรินาถได้ทั้งหมด ซึ่งในช่วงที่ดำเนินการอยู่ก็จะมีการแจ้งความควบคู่ไปด้วยกับแปลงที่พิสูจ์ชัดแล้วว่าออกเอกสารสิทธ์โดยมิชอบจริง สำหรับปฎิบัติการดังกล่าวจะเริ่มขึ้นในวันที่ 12 ธันวาคมนี้ โดยช่วงครึ่งวันแรกของวันพรุ่งนี้อัยการจังหวัดภูเก็ตจะเข้าให้ความรู้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้ง 20 ชุดเกี่ยวกับคดีเอกสารสิทเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่มีความรู้เพิ่มเติมและเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานในครั้งนี้มากขึ้น.
