จังหวัดภูเก็ตประชุมหน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้องติดตามผลการป้องกันและปราบปรามการลักลอบการตัดไม้ทำลายป่า

เมื่อเมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2558  เวลา 14.00 น. ที่ห้องประชุมสำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายนิสิต จันทร์สมวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการลักลอบการตัดไม้ทำลายป่าจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายสุธี ทองแย้ม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายเกษม สุขวารี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายปัญญา สว่างเดือน ปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัด และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

สำหรับวาระเพื่อทราบ ที่ประชุมได้มีการแจ้งให้ทราบเรื่องสรุปผลการจับกุมดำเนินคดี และการรายงานความก้าวหน้าการแก้ไขปัญหาการทับซ้อนของพื้นที่ป่าไม้และเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งการจับกุมดำเนินคดีการบุกรุกทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2557 ตั้งแต่เดือน ตุลาคม 2556- กันยายน 2557 มีการดำเนินการจับกุม 91 คดี ผู้ต้องหา 89 คน นิติบุคคล 5 บริษัท พื้นที่ป่าบกถูกบุกรุก 524-3-41.5 ไร่ พื้นที่ป่าชายเลนถูกบุกรุก 13-1-31.1 ไร่ พร้อมของกลาง 47 รายการ และประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2558 ตั้งแต่เดือน ตุลาคม 2557 เป็นต้นมา มีการดำเนินการจับกุม 18 คดี ผู้ต้องหา 35 คน พื้นที่ป่าบกถูกบุกรุก 193-3-86.52 ไร่ พื้นที่ป่าชายเลนถูกบุกรุก 10-1-48.3 ไร่ พร้อมของกลาง 29 รายการ นอกจากนี้ที่ประชุมยังได้มีการติดตามการประชุมครั้งที่แล้วจำนวน 2 เรื่อง โดยได้มีการชี้แจงจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประกอบด้วย การชี้แจงกรณีนายสุทา ประทีป ณ ถลาง แจ้งในที่ประชุมว่า พื้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ป่าเทือกเขานาคเกิดหลังไสยวน หมู่ที่ 4, 7 ตำบลราไวย์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต มีพื้นที่ประมาณเกือบ 100 ไร่ มีการบุกรุกถางไม้ ประสานไปยังกรมป่าไม้ กรมป่าไม้ตอบว่าจะดำเนินการ แต่ผ่านไปประมาณ 9 เดือน ยังไม่มีการดำเนิน และส.ป.ก. จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้ชี้แจงถึงการติดตามผลกรณีหัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติสิรินาถ แจ้งว่าพื้นที่บริเวณลายันมีการนำ สค.1 มาออกโฉนด เจ้าหน้าที่ ส.ป.ก รับรองว่าไม่ขัดข้อง ทั้ง ๆ ที่พื้นที่ยังซ้อนทับกับเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติ ส่วนเรื่องเพื่อพิจารณาที่ประชุมได้มีการร่วมกันพิจารณาใน 3 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการตามมาตรการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบังคับใช้กฎหมายที่คุ้มครองประโยชน์สาธารณะและประชาชนโดยส่วนร่วม คณะอนุกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 1 ท่าน และคณะอนุกรรมการผู้แทนภาคประชาชนที่ไม่เคยเข้าร่วมประชุมเลยนับตั้งแต่มีการแต่งตั้งควรมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ และการแก้ไขปัญหาการบุกรุกทำลายทรัพยากรป่าไม้ (ตัดไม้ยางพารา)
