Reprofiling มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ตปรับยุทธศาสตร์รับมือความเปลี่ยนแปลง

กองนโยบายและแผน สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การปรับปรุงยุทธศาสตร์ (Reprofiling) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต” โดยมี นายดิสัน แหล่ทองคำ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหาร เป็นประธานเปิด ร่วมด้วย ผศ.ดร.หิรัญ ประสารการ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายนโยบายและแผน ตลอดจน ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากร เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุมเล็ก ศูนย์ประชุม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต ในการนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.เทื้อน ทองแก้ว กรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต เป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย

ผศ.ดร.หิรัญ ประสารการ รองอธิการบดีฯ กล่าวว่า “สืบเนื่องจากสภาพแวดล้อมของสังคมโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งด้านความก้าวหน้าด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี อันส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้และการศึกษา ร่วมด้วย การขับเคลื่อนปฏิรูปประเทศ และปฏิรูปการศึกษาของรัฐบาลในชุดปัจจุบันนั้น ส่งผลต่อสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเป็นอย่างมากทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม ดังนั้น มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต จำเป็นต้องปรับยุทธศาสตร์ (Reprofilling) เพื่อค้นหาศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานและนวัตกรรม นำไปสู่การยกระดับประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร ให้ตอบสนองต่อความสนใจของเยาวชน ส่งผลถึงการตัดสินใจเลือกมาเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยมากขึ้น เพื่อความก้าวหน้าและความอยู่รอดขององค์กรในบริบทของการแข่งขันทางการศึกษาที่มีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น รวมทั้งมีผลงานวิจัยและพัฒนาที่ช่วยเหลือประชาชน ท้องถิ่น และสังคมอันดามัน ให้มีชีวิตความอยู่ที่มั่นคง มั่งคั่ง และยั่งยืน ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ด้วยหลักการดังกล่าว มหาวิทยาลัยจึงจัดการประชุมในครั้งนี้ขึ้น เพื่อระดมสมองทุกฝ่ายร่วมขับเคลื่อนและสร้างสรรค์แผนยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยระยะ 5 ปี ระยะ 20 ปี และแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปี เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานขององค์กรมีความสอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป และมีศักยภาพในมิติด้านต่างๆ เพิ่มมากขึ้น”
