จังหวัดภูเก็ตสั่งคุมเข้มแคมป์แรงงานต่างด้าว ประชุมอนุกรรมการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์

เมื่อวันที่ 7 มีนาคม  2559  เวลา 13.30 น. ที่ห้องประชุมศาลากลาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต นายประเจียด อักษรธรรมกุล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในการประชุมอนุกรรมการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมี นายอนิรุทธ บัวอ่อน ป้องกันจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายพิษณุ นาอนันต์ ประมงจังหวัดภูเก็ต และหัวหน้าหน่วยงานส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

วาระการประชุมที่สำคัญ เป็นเรื่องการจัดทำคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะทำงานตรวจที่พักแรงงานต่างด้าว เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการค้ามนุษย์ และแผนการตรวจที่พักแรงงานต่างด้าว ประจำปี2559 โดยจะมีการเปิดจดทะเบียนแรงงานต่างด้าวในกิจการประมงทะเล ตามที่กระทรวงแรงงานกำหนด และเปิดจดทะเบียนแรงงานต่างด้าวในกิจการแปรรูปสัตว์น้ำ และแรงงานเวียดนาม เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาแรงงานต่างด้าวและการค้ามนุษย์ด้านแรงงานในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ดำเนินไปตามนโยบายในการแก้ไขปัญหาแรงงานต่างด้าว การป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ด้านแรงงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ให้เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย มีประสิทธิภาพ เกิดการบูรณาการ ครอบคลุมทั้งการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และลดผลกระทบต่อด้านเศรษฐกิจ การดำเนินการตามหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน ให้มีการนำภาคส่วนอื่นๆ โดยเฉพาะองค์กรเอกชน ผู้นำท้องถิ่น กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และภาคประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการบูรณาการแก้ไขปัญหาให้เกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด
