ภูเก็ตเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขัน ไทคัพ มหกรรมกีฬาท้องถิ่นแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 14 ระดับเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน 29 ต.ค.- 5 พ.ย. นี้

เมื่อวันที่ 17 กันยายน  2558 เวลา 10.30 น. ที่สำนักงานการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต ดร.พัลลภ สิงหเสนี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมการจัดการแข่งขัน ไทคัพ มหกรรมกีฬาท้องถิ่นแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 14 ระดับเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน โดยมี นายชนกานต์ สุทธิพันธ์ ที่ปรึกษาบริษัท สิงห์ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด นายสมชาย จิตสนะ ผู้จัดการส่วนกิจกรรมพิเศษ บริษัท สิงห์ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด นายสันติ ป่าหวาย ท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายธรรมวรรธ วงศ์เจริญยศ นายกสมาคมกีฬาแห่งจังหวัดภูเก็ต นายกฤษฎา โออินทร์ เจ้าหน้าที่พละศึกษาประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต สำนักงานท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้แทนจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตลอดจนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม

ดร.พัลลภ สิงหเสนี กล่าวว่า กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เสนอให้จังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นเจ้าภาพจัด ไทคัพ มหกรรมกีฬาท้องถิ่นแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 14 ระดับเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน รวมทั้งสิ้น 7 จังหวัด ประกอบด้วย จังหวัดชุมพร ระนอง สุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช กระบี่ พังงา และจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยจะแข่งขันระหว่างวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม-5 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ประกอบด้วยกีฬาหลากหลายชนิด ทั้งฟุตบอลประชาชนชาย ฟุตบอลอาวุโส ฟุตบอลหญิง เซปักตะกร้อ และตะกร้อลอดห่วง วอลเลย์บอล เปตอง และกีฬาพื้นบ้านประกอบด้วย ชักเย่อ วิ่งเปี้ยวอุ้มแตงโม วิ่งกระสอบ วิ่ง 3 ขา วิ่งตะขาบ อ้วนผจญภัย สำหรับการจัดแข่งขันครั้งนี้เพื่อส่งเสริมสร้างความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ เพื่อส่งเสริมประชาชนให้ออกกำลังกาย เพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศในด้านกีฬา เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตอีกด้วย

ด้าน นายชนกานต์ สุทธิพันธ์ ที่ปรึกษาบริษัท สิงห์ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด กล่าวว่า การจัดการแข่งขันครั้งนี้เป็นการคัดเลือกตัวแทนระดับเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน มีทั้งหมด 7 จังหวัด เพื่อคัดเลือกผู้ชนะแต่ละประเภทของการจัดการแข่งขันไปชิงแชมป์ที่กรุงเทพมหานครต่อไป นอกจากจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาฯแล้ว ยังมีการจัดประกวดกองเชียร์ และในภาคค่ำตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 ต.ค.-5 พ.ย.2558 ทางบริษัทสิงห์ฯ ยังได้จัดกิจกรรมมหกรรมอาหารสะอาด รสชาติอร่อย ที่ศูนย์การค้าดิลก ไทม์ สแควร์ หลังธนาคารกสิกรไทย สาขาศูนย์การค้าดิลกภูเก็ต อีกด้วย ซึ่งในงานจะมีการออกบูทอาหารที่มีชื่อเสียงของจังหวัดภูเก็ตมาจำหน่ายให้แก่ประชาชน และนักท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย ซึ่งในแต่ละคืนจะมีการแสดงของศิลปินนักร้องชื่อดัง เช่น วิคไฮเปอร์ สกายพาส วงกลม เป็นต้น โดยหวังว่าจะได้รับความร่วมมือจากพี่น้องประชาชนร่วมชม และร่วมเชียร์มหกรรมกีฬาฯ ครั้งนี้เป็นจำนวนมาก
