วิทยาลัยเทคนิคภูเก็ต เปิดศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนแบบถาวร (Fix it Center)

เมื่อวันที่ 30 กันยายน  2559  เวลา 09.00 น. นายขจรเกียรติ รักพานิชมณี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานในการเปิดโครงการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนแบบถาวร (Fix it Center) ณ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคภูเก็ต ต.ตลาดใหญ่ อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต โดยมีนายอดิศักดิ์ ชัชเวช ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคภูเก็ต ประธานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต คณะครู นักศึกษา และสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วม

โครงการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนแบบถาวร (Fix it Center)ได้จัดตั้งขึ้นตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล โดยมอบหมายให้สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในการดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนประจำจังหวัด โดยเลือกวิทยาลัยเทคนิคภูเก็ตเป็นศูนย์แบบถาวร บริการประชาชนในการตรวจซ่อมเครื่องจักรการเกษตร รถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือน และอุปกรณ์ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สามารถเป็นเป็นศูนย์กลางการบริการประชาชนให้ทั่วถึงทุกชุมชนรวมถึงบริเวณพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ตลอดจนรับบริการครู นักเรียนนักศึกษา และยังสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานตามสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้อย่างสะดวกและมีความปลอดภัยสูง

นอกจากนี้โครงการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนแบบถาวร (Fix it Center) ยังเป็นโครงการที่ขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาวิชาชีพและพัฒนาทักษะ เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคตอีกด้วย
