จังหวัดภูเก็ต ร่วมกับ คณะกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ จัดโครงการฝึกอบรมอาสาสมัครและเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญระดับอำเภอ (ครู ข)
เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน  2559  ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 3 ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 18 ภูเก็ต นายภาคภูมิ อินทรสุวรรณ ปลัดจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการฝึกอบรมอาสาสมัครเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญระดับอำเภอ (ครู ข) จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงาน องค์กรทุกภาคส่วนที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นอาสาสมัครเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญระดับอำเภอ (ครู ข) จากทั้ง 3 อำเภอในจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 30 คน เข้าร่วม โดยมี คณะกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและนายนิพนธ์ นราพิทักษ์กุล /นางสาวจินตนันท์ ชญาต์ร ศุภมิตร สมาชิกสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีนางบุษยา ใจเปี่ยม ประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดภูเก็ต ร่วมชี้แจงและตอบข้อซักถามเกี่ยวกับประเด็นเนื้อหาและสาระสำคัญของร่างรัฐ ธรรมนูญ เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมด้วย

การฝึกอบรมอาสาสมัครเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญระดับอำเภอ (ครู ข) จังหวัดภูเก็ต ในครั้งนี้ กระทรวงมหาดไทยร่วมกับคณะกรรมการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ หรือ กรธ. จัดขึ้น เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียด เนื้อหาสาระสำคัญๆ ในหมวดต่าง ๆ ของร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ และสามารถถ่ายทอดส่งต่อความรู้และฝึกอบแก่อาสาสมัครเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญระดับพื้นที่ หมู่บ้าน/ชุมชน (ครู ค) เพื่อนำไปถ่ายทอดให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ของตนเอง ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ประชาชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้รับรู้รับ รับทราบและเข้าใจในเนื้อหาสาระรายละเอียดสำคัญของร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ ก่อนที่จะให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้ออกไปใช้สิทธิลงประชามติ รับ-ไม่รับ ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ ในวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2559
