เกลังส่งเยาวชนร่วมครึ่งร้อยมาแข่งที่ภูเก็ต

หลังผู้บริหารของทีมเกย์ลัง ยูไนเต็ด ทีมจากลีกสิงคโปร์ และท่านประมุขพิสิฐ อัจฉริยะฉาย ประธานสโมสรภูเก็ต เอฟซี ได้เจรจากันในเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงฟุตบอลเยาวชน ระหว่างวันที่ 21-24 ธ.ค. สรุปได้ข้อตกลงระหว่างกันทั้งสองทีมที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ได้ดังนี้

แมตซ์อุ่นเครื่องที่สิงคโปร์ ในวันที่ 15-18 ม.ค.ปีหน้า ที่ทางสโมสรภูเก็ต เอฟซี จะบุกไปเยือนนั้น จะเล่นกัน 2 แมตซ์ คือในวันที่ 15 ม.ค.58 เวลา 18.00 น. และแมตซ์ที่ 2 จะอุ่นเครื่องอีกครั้งในวันที่ 17 ม.ค.58 เวลา 18.00 น. เช่นกัน ผู้ชนะจะได้รับถ้วยประธานสโมสร ภูเก็ต เอฟซี ไปครอง และในปีถัดไปทางเกลัง ยูไนเต็ด จะบินมาเยือนจังหวัดภูเก็ต จะเป็นแบบนี้ทุกปีไป โดยทีมเหย้า จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด ยกเว้นค่าเครื่องบินทีมเยือนจะรับผิดชอบเอง

คุณประมุขพิสิฐ อัจฉริยะฉาย ได้กล่าวว่า “หลังจากได้คุยกัน ผมมีความมั่นใจ และตื่นเต้น มีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาเยาวชน การไปครั้งนี้จะได้อะไรเยอะแยะ ทำให้เด็กได้ประสบการณ์ และได้เดินทางไปต่างประเทศ ค่าใช้จ่ายในบ้านหรือนอกประเทศ ก็พอๆ กัน  และเป็นทิศทางที่ดีสำหรับเยาวชนทั้งสองสโมสร”

ในเดือนพฤษภาคมหรือมิถุนายน ทางสโมสรเกลัง จะนำเยาวชน อายุ 9-10 ขวบมา 4 ทีม ทีมละ 15 คน รวมพ่อแม่ด้วยก็ประมาณ 150 คน เพื่อมาจัดทีมเด็กแข่งกันที่สนามรีพับบลิกหรือสนามซ้อม ซึ่งจะทำให้สร้างสีสันให้กับจังหวัดภูเก็ต นอกจากกีฬาแล้ว สิ่งที่ตามมาคือการท่องเที่ยว ยังมีชาวสิงคโปร์อีกมากที่ยังไม่ได้มาจังหวัดภูเก็ต ตรงนี้เราได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญองค์รวม

ปีหนึ่งเราจะทำสัก 2-3 ครั้ง แน่นอนการเดินทางมาของทีมเยาวชนเกลัง ทางสโมสรจะแบกภาระอยู่แล้ว ก็ฝากท่านๆ ที่มีร้านค้าหรือธุรกิจ อยากเข้ามาสนับสนุนทางสโมสรภูเก็ต เราก็ยินดี เพื่ออนาคตของลูกหลานของเรา
